Yvette's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I am very detail oriented and very instilled with a need to assist. I love working with kids, I'm a mother of two boys.
In college I was in a program where I had a mentor and I was in charge of 16 college freshman with course material and grading etc. I met with each of my students one-on-one twice required during the course of our semester, and more as needed. It was all around an awesome experience for me and my students.
In addition I also tutored at a local high school. I mostly worked with sophomore and junior students. Our students were in honors and AP classes. They were all involved in a program that was designed to enhance their college opportunity readiness. I mostly helped tutor in math and English but I am well-rounded in all subjects.
