Kristin's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I was (and technically still am) a certified teacher in the state of Texas where I taught 5th, 7th, and 8th grade language arts, social science, AVID (a college preparatory elective), and ESL.
I returned to Nebraska to earn my Master's degree in political science. After of which, I have served as an adjunct instructor at various higher educational institutions in Omaha in the subjects of ESL and political science.
I enjoy teaching and fostering critical and creative thinking in my students. I also understand how to effectively teach students with special needs and from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.
