Throughout middle school, high school, and now college, I have always made it a point to help other students out when I could tell they were having a tough time with some particular subject matter.
Additionally, teachers would often ask me to tutor other students in the class once I had finished my work. I was, at times, a sort of teacher's assistant. I thoroughly enjoy helping others to understand new material they are learning, be it math, science, reading writing, etc. The moment when a new idea "clicks" in a student's mind is one that any good tutor thoroughly enjoys, as I certainly do.
