Carol's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I have been teaching with LA Unified School District for 29 years. I was a Elementary Math Coach for five years, also with LAUSD. I am most proficient in teaching elementary and middle school math, science, and history. However, I am capable of teaching all subjects. I realize that all children do not learn the same, therefore, I am able to find creative ways for my students to acquire the content needed.
I have tutored two children in the same family for ten years and now the oldest is doing well in college. In addition, I have tutored a variety of students in different grades anywhere from six months to two years.
