Steven's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have always been one to lend out a helping hand to another. Even from a young age I would be helping stifle frustrations that may be caused by learning blocks. I thrive in solving problems and assisting others learn how to overcome obstacles.

Throughout high school I assisted in the after-school tutoring program and helped my peers at a variety of subjects including English, History as well as Science. This passion and drive continued into college where I could be seen leading study groups or volunteering in the library to help struggling college students.

My passion for teaching can be seen underwater as I am a Scuba Instructor currently living on the Big Island of Hawaii. When I am not underwater or in the classroom you might find me on one of the many hiking trails that dot this beautiful island.

After completing dual-enrollment in high school, where I attained a two year AA degree at the same time as graduating high school, I attended the University of Central Florida. After a couple years of dedicated study I graduated with a B.A. in Political Science.
