I am a high school math teacher in an urban public school district. I provide differentiated instruction through a variety of mechanisms in order to address the specific needs and learning styles of my students. I am also a father of three children, ranging from high school to college age, so I have experienced the educational system from a parental point of view as well. Prior to my career in education, I spent close to twenty years in research and development for a technology company, in which I collaborated on multidisciplinary teams and mentored others.
