AS an employee of RCUH, I tutored students who wanted to increase their SAT scores in writing and the Compass Reading and Writing Placement test. I worked with individuals and small groups to analyze the rhetorical tools used in a passage as well as the rules of English grammar. The majority of my tutored students were able to increase their scores sufficiently to avaoid taking remedial English courses.
