Nick's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I adopt a teacher-coach role. I challenge students to take responsibility for their own learning experience. Expectations are set high, but I use great patience when students are struggling.
Whenever possible, I try to find a way to deliver learning using games or interactive activities. This makes the content more engaging--leading to greater depth of learning and improved long-term recall.
