Lilianne's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have been working as a Math Academic Tutor for two years. My motivation has been to help students to continue with their studies. I am looking for a job to continue expanding my math tutoring experience. I am a hard worker looking to help those students who do not understand how to improve their math skills, yet. I really like to try as many ways as needed to aid students. For me, it is important to show that each student has his/her own way to understand math. I like to be a reliable person for the students. This way, they are going to be confident to make questions until they understand the topic entirely. I can adapt myself to the different systems that each instructor has, in order to work in a team atmosphere. Also, I can work with or without supervision; this is because I am a responsible and a reliable person. Nowadays, it is a critical period because teenagers drop out of school, mostly because nobody takes the time to teach them math. I am sure that patience is the key word in this matter. I am able to work in late-afternoons, evenings, and even on weekends.
