As the oldest of two children, I have always helped my sibling to succeed in his classes. From there I have extended my reach to help friends and their siblings when need be. I have always excelled in English and Biology and have received top marks in each. I am frequently asked to review papers or diagrams and all have come back with high marks. When helping a student, I feel it is important to evaluate their educational needs and give them relatable material to build off of in order to learn new skills. Not everyone learns the same and it is crucial to the learning process to address each students needs in order to really learn material; whether it be through the use of activities, flash cards, verbal quizzes or even drawing.
