Katherie's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I studied abroad in Australia in July 2008 and Thailand in July 2012. Additionally, I've visited many different schools including hearing impaired, developmentally disabled, private and public.
My main volunteer work is rescuing and fostering with the non-for-profit rescue, Akron Canine Rescued Angels. I have saved over 100 canines in just the past year, through social networking, events and advertising. I am also the vice president, where I manage many fosters, assuring they have the proper resources to complete a successful adoption.
I have tutored children from preschool to 8th grade. The subjects I have tutored are math, writing, reading, ELA preparation, and science.
