I am a Certified Trainer at my current job. To obtain this position I took a class on adult learning and constructive feedback that taught me how to connect with any person, regardless of age, experience, or background. I have been training other employees for about 2 years at this job and 6 years in other positions. Over the last eight years I have also led personal and informal study groups, as well as unofficial one-on-one tutoring sessions, to help fellow students, friends, and family members. I love teaching! I believe that for any subject, the best tutoring method begins with figuring out how the student thinks and learns most effectively, and structuring all approaches accordingly, adjusting as necessary.
