Candace's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I am a college graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. While I attended college I also worked part time with a company called the Joy of Literacy, where I would go into schools and help children that struggled with reading. I also help my own 3 boys with their work from school if they are struggling with a subject. I enjoy helping someone better understand a subject/course whether that be my own children or someone else's. I had good grades throughout school and college. I made the President's List, Dean's List, and Honor Roll several times. I have won the Math Award in school, and I have been the recipient of scholarships based on my academic performances. I love to engage child first to understand how they learn and what they already know and build on that. Every child is capable of excellence in my opinion, it is just a process of finding out how the child learns and making learning fun for them!
